The First Office Inspiration Point in Lublin

The facility will be a meeting place where the company wants to hold discussions and share knowledge and experience. At the same time, the new point on the map of Lublin is an exposition of the most modern furniture solutions in attractive arrangements.

– With 204,000 sqm of modern office space, Lublin is the seventh largest regional market in Poland. The current vacancy rate at the end of 2018 was over 15%. This means that office space is available from hand in the city for investors interested in an immediate transaction. The fast pace of development of this industry in Lublin means that more and more new investors choose our city as a place to implement their business plans, thus creating new jobs – said Krzysztof Żuk, Mayor of Lublin.

The reason for the creation of Office Inspiration Point in Lublin was the massive success of the Office Inspiration Centre in Kraków. In November 2017 the Nowy Styl Group created a place that was more than a flagship showroom. The choice of our city for the location of the next point was not accidental.

– We are noticing the dynamic development of the office space market in Lublin. So far, we have been present in this market mainly through our network of distributors. Now we have decided to have a permanent physical presence, hence Office Inspiration Point, which was established in the largest office centre in Lublin, CZ Office Park – says Sebastian Osuch, Director of Regional Cities in the Nowy Styl Group.

Appreciating the potential of the Lublin market and wanting to be closer to customers, the Nowy Styl Group decided to launch the first Office Inspiration Point in Lublin, the local equivalent of the Kraków Centre.
