Prestigious position offered to scientist from Lublin
Dr hab. Agnieszka Trojanowska, lecturer in Radiology Department in Medical University of Lublin has been appointed president of the European Society of Head and Neck Radiology (ESHNR).
Over 400 radiologists from all around the globe are the members of the society, who specialise or are interested in radiologic diagnosis of head and neck. The organisation was founded in 1987 and its purposes include advancing knowledge in head and neck diagnostic radiology, delivering workshops and administers exams in sub-specialisations.
Dr hab. Agnieszka Trojanowska has been the member of ESHNR for fourteen years. The term of office of ESHNR president is three years, thus Dr Trojanowska will have headed the organisation by the year 2020. Dr Trojanowska is planning, for instance, to tighten cooperation with ENT specialists.
