Economic Mission of Polish Companies to Lutsk, Rivne, and Kyiv

The event is open to representatives from all industries, but we particularly encourage participation from the following sectors:

• Retail – Producers, distributors, and retail network representatives;
• Construction – Companies involved in infrastructure projects, especially road and rail development;
• Transport, Logistics, and Freight (TSL) – Firms from the transport, logistics, and shipping sectors.

Preliminary Schedule:

• September 9 (Monday, after 3:00 PM) – Departure from Warsaw, arrival in Lutsk, dinner
• September 10 (Tuesday) – Visit to Modern-Expo, one of the largest Polish-Ukrainian enterprises in the region. Explore the potential of the region; Volyn Oblast ranks first in terms of Polish investment presence, with 203 Polish-invested companies. Lunch, then departure to Rivne.
• September 11 (Wednesday) – Visit to Rivne Oblast State Administration, tour of Kronospan, lunch, then departure to Kyiv
• September 12 (Thursday) – Full-day conference “Europe-Poland-Ukraine: Cooperate Together” and networking with Ukrainian government officials, ministry representatives, the Verkhovna Rada, and Ukrainian businesses.
• September 13 (Friday) – B2B meetings, visit to the Polish Embassy in Kyiv, dinner.
• September 14 (Saturday) – Breakfast, return to Poland.

Please note that the agenda may be subject to minor changes.

Participation in the mission is free for representatives from the retail, infrastructure construction, and TSL sectors. Participants only need to cover accommodation costs in Kyiv (the organizer will provide accommodation suggestions). For companies from other industries, participation involves covering both accommodation and transport costs (approximately 1000 PLN for a round trip).
