– Except for city promotion, the main aim of this meeting is to exchange information, good practices and ideas with European countries or American institutions which started to internationalse universities even several dozen years ago. They have developed great formulas on how to enlist students, integrate them with each other and with the urban environment as well as how to familiarize society with multiculturalism and teach the acceptance of foreigners. It can be seen as a transfer of knowledge from cities which have already worked on that. Not only Lublin but also other cities, whose representatives we invited, will take advantage of it – says Mariusz Sagan PhD, the director of Strategy and Investor Relations Department at the City Office of Lublin.
