Lublin honoured at Outsourcing Stars Gala

Outsourcing Stars is a substantive summary of the year – the final of the competition, in which the fastest growing companies and business environment organisations are selected. The Gala is also an excellent event of international networking. This year Gdynia hosted the fifth edition of this prestigious sector event, and last year’s edition was held in Lublin, at the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures.

Lublin was nominated as one of three Polish cities for the Outsourcing Stars award. Criteria that were taken into account: the number of graduates valuable for the modern business services industry (in terms of IT and economic faculties), the number of new BSS investors, and the number of events related to the BSS sector supported by the city in 2017.

This nomination was yet another distinction for Lublin brought by experts from the modern business services sector in the first weeks of 2018. On 1st February the city received the main prize in the category “Emerging City of the Year – Poland” during the 6th edition of CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards.
